DESCRIPTION: "FLUOROCRAFT" make weatherproof control gear box suitable for 1 X 70W HPSV lamps for outdoor installations. The control gear box is made from heavy gauge CRCA sheet steel, effectively surface per – treated by phosphating, passivating and coated with zinc chromate primer and finished in silver ash grey hammertone stove enamelled paint on the outside and inside. The control gear is provided with a hinged cover and fitted with a suitable rubber gasket to make it weather proof. The box is provided with a full proof locking system and special key to prevent access to any unauthorised person. The box is provided with 3-nos. 19mm dia. Knockouts for cable glands for the cable entry. The box consists of all standard electrical accessories such as heavy duty polyster filled copper , ignitors, of reputed make P.F. Improvement capacitor. Suitable rating fuse cutout, 2 nos. of 2 way connectors of suitable rating etc. duly mounted and prewired on a detachable tray made from heavy gauge CRCA sheet steel, effectively surface per – treated by phosphating, passivating and coated with zinc chromate primer and finished in silver ash grey hammertone stove enamelled paint on the outside and inside. The box is also provided with 4 nos of mounting brackets from backside. The box is also provided with a suitable earthling terminal. The box is completely wired and ready for use on 240V, 50Hz.
