"FLUOROCRAFT" make heavy duty weather proof symmetrical type flood light luminaire, suitable for use with 1 X 1000W HPMV / HPSV lamp. The luminaire consists of a lamp rear housing made from cast aluminum alloy and is provided with vertical fins from outside for quick heat dissipation. The luminaire is finished in silver ash grey hammertone stove enamelled paint from outside and white from inside. A cast aluminum cap is fitted to the lamp housing from back, to prevent access by unauthorised persons. A parabolic shaped high purity spun aluminum anodised reflector is fitted to a cast aluminum ring to which the mounting bracket is attached and the same is fitted to the rear lamp housing by means of 2 nos. wing type nuts. A thermal shock proof toughened glass cover is fitted with a suitable rubber gasket to the reflector by means of an aluminum ring, which is fineshed in black stove enamelled paint. The aluminum ring is provided with special type of knurled male-female screws for firm gripping of the glass and gasket to the reflector to make it weather proof. The luminaire is provided with a M.S. bracket finished in silver ash grey hammertone stove enamelled paint. The luminaire is provided with a graduated protractor dics for proper aiming of thr luminaire with a locking arrangement. The lamp can be easily replaced by removing the front glass cover or by removing the rear lamp housing fixed with 2 nos. of guide pins. A lamp adjustment facility is provided to make the luminaire suitable for use with 1000W HPMV / HPSV lamp and to achive the required light distribution. The luminaire incorporates all standard electrical accessories such as E-40 type lamp holder, 2-way connector, etc. the luminaire is completely wired and ready for use with a suitable control gear on 240V. 50 Hz AC supply. The luminiare is provided with I no. 19mm dia. Cable gland. Note: All dimensions and details are subject to alterations due to constant improvement in design and performance. |
